The Procedure
THE PROCEDURE OF THE DEBT REVIEW REMOVAL:
We request a transfer from your previous debt review company in order for us to assist you by doing the removal of your name/s on the DHS and from the Credit Bureaus.
Once we in receipt of your signed Power Of Attorney our Attorneys will continue by drafting the documents as proof saying you are not over indebted and can afford to pay your account by yourself.
It will take up to 21 working days to clear name from the ITC and Creditors
Once we have received your full payment, the attorneys will continue by clear your name in order for you to be credit worthy and stress free.
